How to create a signature on Gmail

Having a signature in Gmail adds a professional touch to your emails and ensures your contact details are easily accessible. It helps streamline communication by automatically including important information like your name, title, and links at the end of each message.

A Gmail signature usually contains the full name, contact information links to a website or social media account. First, click the gear icon and select See all settings.

Scroll down till you find the Signature section. Select Create new.

After naming your signature, you can create it by using whatever font, colour, size, and images you want to be in your signature.
