6.5 You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your Personal Data at any time, and to request that We delete it.

6.6 We do not keep your Personal Data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will retain your Personal Data until you delete your Account or as long as it is needed to provide the services to you, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with any legal obligations. If you wish to delete your Account and all data, you do that using Our Sites or contacting Us using the details provided in section 14.

6.7 Kanbanchi’s Website and Services are not intended for, and should not be used by anyone under the age of 16. You are responsible for ensuring that all End Users are at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 16, you may not use Kanbanchi’s Website and Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we find out that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in section 14.

7. Data Privacy: How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

7.1 We only keep your Personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

7.2 We use services provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google acts as a subcontractor and data processor, inter alia for hosting Our services. More specifically, We use data centres in the US for storage and processing of all data. Google’s Terms and Conditions for processing of Personal data are available here,, and are incorporated herein by reference. For more information about transfer of Personal data outside the EEA, see section 8 below. You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Sites and submitting information to Us.

7.3 Data security is very important to Us. We take suitable measures and use multiple levels of security to protect data collected through Our Sites. For example, all data submitted on is stored within single application database which is encrypted at rest. Your information resides on physically and electronically secured servers. All the outgoing traffic from is encrypted to increase the security and privacy of information travelling to, from and within Our staffs are experienced with leading security practices for development, as they are subject to personnel security screening and security education for their role. Periodic automated and manual vulnerability assessments are conducted when major changes occur with the application to identify vulnerabilities and ensure on a regular basis that the cyber controls are working. While We cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of your data will not occur, We work hard to reduce the risk of such occurrences by storing the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public.

8. Data Privacy: Do We Share Your Data?

8.1 We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to Us or you on Our behalf. These may include customer services, payment processing, content management and analytics services. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.

8.2 We use third-party analytics services to help understand the usage of Our Sites. In particular, We provide a limited amount of the Personal data (such as your email address and sign-up date) to Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) and utilize Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit or use Our Sites. Intercom analyzes your use of Our Sites and tracks Our relationship so that We can improve Our service to you. We may also use Intercom as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within Our Sites.  As part of Our service agreements, Intercom also collects publicly available contact and social information related to you, such as your email address, company, job title, photos, website URLs, social network handles and physical addresses, to enhance your user experience. For this part of the service, Intercom makes use of the services of Full Contact, Inc. (“Full Contact”). Safe Harbor Framework regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from EU countries. 8.3 Our Sites use analytics services provided by Google Analytics. Website analytics refers to a set of tools used to collect and analyse anonymous usage information, enabling Us to better understand how Our Sites are used. This, in turn, enables Us to improve Our Sites and the services offered through them. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of Our Sites will be sent to a Google server in the United States and stored there (on cookies and the respective possibilities to disable them see section 13). 8.4 We use Hubspot, a marketing automation software of Hubspot Inc., Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. Hubspot supports Us in analyzing the use of site. For such purpose, Hubspot uses cookies (on cookies and the respective possibilities to disable them see section 13). Certain user data will be connected with your person (e.g. after filling in a contact form) and stored in Hubspot. You may reject such use of your data at any time, e.g. via email to Our email address indicated in section 14. 8.5 On Our Sites, We use Freshdesk, a help desk software of Freshworks Inc., 1250 Bayhill Drive, Suite 315, San Bruno, CA 94066, United States. This third-party service supports Us in handling emails, support tickets and requests from Our users. 8.6 On Our Sites, We use Calendly, a software of Calendly, LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, US. This third-party service helps us schedule demo calls with those users who request them. Further information on the use of data can be found in their privacy policy

8.7 We may compile statistics about the use of Our Sites including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.

8.8 We use third-party data processors that are located outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). Where We transfer any Personal Data outside the EEA, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EU and under the GDPR. We will use reasonable efforts to obtain assurances from Our third-party partners that they will safeguard personal information consistent with the policies set forth in this Privacy Policy. Examples of appropriate assurances that may be provided by third-party partners include a contract obligating the third party partner to provide at least the same level of protection for the personal information it has access to as is required by the Privacy Shield Principles or Privacy Shield certification by the third-party partner.
