Kanbanchi for Resource Management: meet the Team Workload view

Meet the Team Workload view for resource management. This new way of data reflection in Kanbanchi will be extremely helpful for team leads and managers. This will be perfect for board facilitators to keep track of everyone’s work and ensure that new work is distributed fairly. It is also a great way to keep track of tasks that have been left assigned to ex-employees.
When you switch to the Team Workload view, each member of a board gets their “personal list” named after them. On top of the list, you will find a summary of cards that will show this person’s progress. Summaries may be folded or unfolded. The first list contains all cards that aren’t assigned. Their progress (if any) may also be monitored with the help of the list summary.
This view combined with the reports in Kanbanchi will help you to get a clear picture of where your team is and how many resources are currently “free” for the upcoming work. You will be able to make decisions faster and provide your team with tasks.
