How can I detect card with low activity?

You may use the Card aging feature for this purpose.

The setting can be enabled for the whole board and each separate list. Card aging setting for a list override card aging setting for a board.

Go to board or list settings. Enable Card aging.

Why do cards age?

Two reasons cause a card to age.

• The card doesn’t change its location. It stays in the same list for too long.
• The card has no changes or edits. It lacks activity which means nobody is working on the task.

Based on these reasons, you may choose the specific data you want to see on the indicator: how much time the card has no changes or stays in the list.

Additionally, if you want cards with the lack of activity to gradually fade, enable the Opacity option.
