Google Sheets is a powerful spreadsheet app. But it can be much more than that. You can create a Kanban board in Google Sheets.
First, create a new spreadsheet and name columns. For instance, Backlog, To Do, Doing and Done. After styling it to your preference, start filling it out with your own tasks.
After changing the task status, move it to the next column by clicking on the edge of the cell and dragging it.
Kanban board is a great way to add transparency to your workflow. So don’t forget to share with your coworkers.
This Google Sheets board is a very limited tool. If you want more advanced features such as task assignments, notifications, task list, attachments, and much more, try using Kanbanchi. It has an easy-to-learn user interface, and integration with Google Workspace will not disappoint you.
