You can share files in Google Drive to show data or to invite others to collaborate.
To share a file in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, you can open the file and click “Share” in the top right corner.
Alternatively, you may find the file in Drive; click on it with the right button of your mouse and select Share.
If your Google Account belongs to an organisation, you can choose to share with everyone in your organisation or to keep it restricted.
You can also share with someone’s account or use a link, which will allow anyone with this link access to the document.
Regardless of sharing through a link or directly with someone, you can choose three levels of access: Viewer, Commenter, and Editor.
