Where can I find all the cards assigned to me?
“Cards assigned to me” is a place where all your tasks are shown in a list. To open the dashboard click Cards assigned to me in the upper left corner. If you have a new assignment you will see a red point indicator.
“Cards assigned to me” contains all the tasks assigned to you, even if you made the assignment by yourself.
Board titles in the second column are clickable, so you may open any board just in one click.
All the tasks are shown in columns. The Assigned column shows the date when the card was assigned to you.
Sorting can be activated. To sort the column click on its title. The first click initiates sorting in ascending order. The second click initiates sorting in descending order. The third click turns sorting off.
Click Filter to see the available options.
To apply a filter to the list of tasks, check the corresponding checkbox.
To see a card at the top of the list pin a card. To do it, hover the corresponding row. The pin icon will appear. Click on it.
If you need to hide a card, hover it and click on the eye symbol.
If you’d like to hide all the cards from a specific board, you won’t have to hide each card separately. Whenever you hide a card, Kanbanchi will ask you if you want to hide all cards from the board. Click “Yes” in the pop-up notification to hide all cards from a board or click “No” to hide this card only.
Of course, all the hidden cards can be easily brought back to the list. Hover the hidden card and click on the eye symbol.
